BOOKING DEADLINES
FALL (dates between August-December): July 15.
SPRING (dates between January-early May): December 15.
SUMMER (dates between end of May-July): Programming not available for booking.
All requests must be submitted, finalized, and under agreement prior to date listed above. All requests made after these deadlines will be denied due to University Policy.
